Food is powerful medicine. What we feed
ourselves directly determines so many aspects of the body's function,
from weight and body composition to mood. What we leave out of the diet
is often as impactful as what we include. Fine-tuning and adjustment of
the diet can produce significant changes to health! We can make these
changes to support a healthy body while still saving room for
celebration and enjoyment.
I provide nutritional counseling based on a holistic approach to health and well-being. Food can make us feel good in so many ways. We eat because we need nutrients to fuel the body and mind, but we also eat because it is one of life’s pleasures. It is my priority to work with each individual to develop a unique plan not only to enhance physical wellness, mood balance, and energy levels, but also to provide much-needed pleasure and satisfaction in eating. I enjoy helping individuals to discover the unique balance of foods that best fits each person for optimal health and vitality. All nutrition plans I recommend are co-created with you and customized to meet your specific needs and goal.
